the recipes that make it onto this blog have been tested, created and/or adjusted by me, so they taste yummy, are reasonably easy to make and guarantee a good outcome. Since I don't like to limit myself in any way, these recipes reflect just that – they vary from super fast and easy to a little time-consuming and complicated – from European to Asian to Arabic and back.
Pesto Rosso has always been one of my favourites, and this recipe is very easy, very quick and extremely delicious. If you put it in a glass it will last you two weeks in the fridge, making it a very diverse perfect I’m-not-in-the-mood-to-cook-today yet self-made sauce, or an exquisite dip to enjoy with a nice piece of chiabatta as an amuse-gueule.
A delicious Risotto perfect for warm summer evenings or, in small portions, as a first or second course in a full course dinner. The appeal of this meal lies in its simplicity, as it is fairly easy to make.
