A perfect dish for a hot summer day (well, I’m still allowed to dream right?), and a lot more exciting than your usual Cesar salad. This recipe will feed 2 people as a main dish, and four people as a starter.
This has been my favourite cake ever since my mom discovered the recipe when I was about 14 (and I have had my fair share of delicious cakes). It’s very chocolatey, yet the blueberries balance it out perfectly. Because of its deliciously gooey consistency it’s more of a tarte than a cake, but it is fairly easy to make. I can only recommend trying it at least once! You will not be disappointed.
If you are allergic to gluten, this recipe is very easily adjustable to that since it uses next to no flour, so the consistency and taste will not be affected.
Pesto Rosso has always been one of my favourites, and this recipe is very easy, very quick and extremely delicious. If you put it in a glass it will last you two weeks in the fridge, making it a very diverse perfect I’m-not-in-the-mood-to-cook-today yet self-made sauce, or an exquisite dip to enjoy with a nice piece of chiabatta as an amuse-gueule.
This is an easy, super quick yet very yummy dessert. It takes about ten minutes to make (even though you should let it sit in the fridge for a bit), and because it’s so lemony, it’s very refreshing and perfect for summer!
